North Lakeland Discovery Center will be sponsoring a Bird Banding event from 10 AM-12PM on January 17th. Join in on this unique experience. Banding is a research tool to learn about populations, migration, disease and more - all in an effort to best preserve our feathered friends. You will be a part of a bird banding demonstration, from capture to release. Members $10 - General Public $13 - Youth 16 and under $7.
